It’s the year 2007 in Pfresno, Texas. Rafael is in jail after being arrested for doing graffiti. He’s a good guy. This is just graffiti. So Rafael can’t be blamed for the events that happened after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, the new Pflophouse compilation, Officer Williams and his delusional suspicions, the meth pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the Pig, all the knives, the aspiring local reporter, the plutonium deal gone wrong, or anyone who may or may not die because of that deal gone wrong. None of this is Rafael’s fault, but it is his problem.
